Whether you're new to Lagree or just new to our studio, we've got you covered with everything you need to know before your first class.

Lagree is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that combines strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility. It's done on a machine called the Mega Pro — and trust us, it's unlike anything else you've tried.

Not at all. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, with instructors providing modifications for every move.

Wear breathable, form-fitting workout clothes. Loose fabric can get caught in the Megaformer springs or carriage.
Grip socks are mandatory. If you don't have a pair, they're available for purchase at the studio.

Via the Schedule — Find a time slot and click Reserve. You'll be prompted to create your account to finish the booking.
Buy a Package First — Purchase a class pack or membership on our Pricing page. Credits sit in your account until ready to use.
Via the App — Download the Lagree30A App (iOS/Android) to manage bookings on the go.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class. This gives us time to check you in, show you the Mega Pro, and answer any questions.

Yes — We have several large parking lots in the complex. Please allow a few extra minutes your first time.

Cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid losing the credit or being charged a fee. All purchases are final, but we may offer extensions for medical situations with documentation.
